Artistic Director,  Color Specialist, and Owner

Richard has been in the hair business for over  25 years and trained directly with Arnold Zegarelli in Pittsburgh, PA. Richard quickly became the hair styling director and senior national educator for 1,500 salons while maintaining a full client list, including local TV and radio personalities and celebrities, from sports figures to singer Christina Aguilera. Richard has traveled all over the world to train future stylists as well as train with the most elite stylists in the industry, including traveling to London annually to train with Vidal Sassoon, Anthony Mascolo, Graham Webb, Anthony Cole, and Anthony Cress from the Sebastian Artistic team, and Omar Antonio Sebastian. While working as a platform artist throughout the United States, Richard has inspired and educated thousands of stylists in advanced hair-cutting and coloring trends. He has represented and is certified in the following color lines: L'Oréal, Matrix, Kenra, Fermissi, Clairol, Wella, and Logics. Richard has been the recipient of many awards, including the “Best in Education” at the New York Internationals and the prestigious Kenra Color Award. Richard appears regularly on KDKA Pittsburgh Today Live showcasing the latest hair trends. Stylist and Owner

Rowan has been in the beauty industry for 7 years and is considered a hair color expert and blowout specialist. She has attended top hair-cutting, coloring, and styling classes taught by leading beauty industry experts and is highly trained in the latest styles. We highly recommend her services if you are interested in everyday colors, highlights, and fashion colors. She's your girl if you're looking for a blowout that will last for days or for a special event!

Master Stylist  

Rachel is a Master Stylist and Colorist with R&R Hair Salon.  She has 24 years of experience gained from working behind the chair while living in Alaska, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.  She has a passion for making all of her clients feel more confident and beautiful.  Rachel has extensive training in all areas of coloring, highlighting, hair cutting, and is also certified in extensions.  You can come visit her and enjoy all the fun Tuesday - Saturday!

Stylist

 Skyla is a full time Stylist with 4 years of experience. After graduating Beauty School, she worked full time training and assisting Richard. Skyla also has extensive training in all areas of Hair Cutting and Styling and specializes in Blonding and creative color techniques. She loves listening to her clients and creating styles that not only enhance your natural beauty but bring out that boost of confidence. You can schedule with Skyla Tuesday through Saturday. She would love to meet you. 

Stylist

Mia is a highly motivated cosmetologist educated at Parkway West Career and Technology Center.  with 4 years of experience under her belt.  Mia also trained directly with  Richard. She is known for her confidence, creativity, and varied skillset. Mia excels in long hair, highlights, and special occasion blow-dry styles.  You can schedule with Mia Tuesday through Saturday at R&R Hair Salon in Cranberry Township.

Stylist

 With 27 years of experience in the beauty industry Gina has honed a deep expertise in hair design, including extensions and corrective color. Over the years, Gina has built a reputation for not only transforming hair, but also for taking the time to listen and understand each client's individual needs. Whether it's sculpting a new style, creating custom color, or providing tailored extensions, every service is approached with a personalized touch that reflects your unique face shape, bone structure, and hair texture. Hair is not just a profession—it's a passion for Gina. She will tell you it has never felt like work, but rather an ongoing journey of creativity, self-expression, and client satisfaction.
